During my internship in Canada I had to write a thesis about my research project. Quincy being in the same lab as me became first of all a dear friend since she is a lovely person. But second of all the helped me through my whole project even when the prof couldn’t she was there and came up with solutions. She even, since English is not my frist language took it opon herself to correct my grammer and spelling of the thesis and other documentation. Besides this all the helped me prepare for my defence and so much more.

Quincy is an excellent tutor and educator. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and really good at explaining difficult concepts in a way that actually makes sense. What I appreciated most was how comfortable she makes you feel asking questions—she never makes you feel rushed or judged, and she takes the time to make sure you truly understand the material. She is very approachable, supportive, and clearly cares about helping students succeed. Her explanations are clear, organized, and easy to follow, and she has a great way of making science feel much less overwhelming. I would definitely recommend Quincy to anyone looking for help with biology, chemistry, or other science courses. She is absolutely worth learning from!

I had Quincy as my lab instructor for an introductory chemistry class at Algoma University. I found her to be very helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly easy to get along with! She helped make my experience in the lab very clear and took any stress off my shoulders by providing help whenever I or one of my classmates needed it. If I had the chance to have her as an instructor again I would jump on it!
