About
Hi! My name is Leah, welcome to my profile! I have a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and am now a fourth-year medical student. I am also an IB Diploma Programme graduate and have experience tutoring higher level IB sciences and developing IB writing skills.
Currently, I am offering MCAT tutoring and coaching. I scored in the 90th percentile and received multiple medical school offers. I am also currently taking bookings for primary through university-aged students in multiple subjects. Feel free to message me for more information!
More about my experience: For the last several years, I have tutored students enrolled in kindergarten to first-year university in multiple subject areas including reading, essay writing, mathematics, physics, biology, chemistry and French. I am fluent in French, so tutoring for early, late and core French immersion is also available. I believe in developing a unique approach to tutoring for each student I work with - what works for one student may not work for another, and that's okay! We all learn differently, and I want nothing more than to make learning even the most challenging subjects a positive experience.
