Computer programmer and Full stack Web developer

• Provide program support using a coaching or non-directive approach • Provide excellent customer service to students when working in groups, drop-in, or one-on-one support • Ability to actively listen and paraphrase in the tutoring process • Set SMART (Specific, Measurable Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound) goals for each tutoring session with a student driven agenda • Provide advice on effective study skills and strategies to enhance learning new information • Maintain confidentiality • Refer students to appropriate campus services for additional support • Set and maintain professional boundaries and working relationships
