About

I have three years of experience working in education. I mostly work with students on IEPs and/or students who require moderate-intensive intervention, but I enjoy working with students of all skill levels. I have experience teaching and tutoring in ELA (Reading, Writing, & Literacy), Math, Science, and Social Studies. I am currently working on my Bachelor of Science in Education with a dual certification for PreK-5 and Intervention, and I am also currently completing field and student teaching. I hold an Associate of Arts which I completed in 2021. I like to create fun and engaging lessons and tutoring sessions in order to keep students interested and to help them learn more effectively. I believe that learning should be as fun as possible, and that the words "I can't" should only be used when followed with the word "yet."
