About

I am a seasoned epidemiologist with decades of experience in respiratory medicine and public health research. Having earned my M.D. degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 1984, I embarked on a journey of lifelong learning. Along the way, I pursued two master’s degrees—one in Public Health from the School of Public Health of Mexico (1985) and another in Clinical Epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (1991). Over the past three decades, I have dedicated myself to teaching. From the very beginning of my career, I felt a strong calling to impart my knowledge and experience to the younger generation. My mission is to assist students in achieving their learning goals. As your tutor, I specialize in the following areas: • Design of Epidemiological and Clinical Studies • Bio-statistical Analysis • Programming in R and Stata My tutoring approach emphasizes hands-on experiences that foster both understanding and skill development. I eagerly look forward to guiding you on your academic path. Let’s explore the fascinating world of epidemiology and biostatistics together!
