November 2017: Coordinator for KG 2 & 3 for Sarasas Witaed Rom Klao School Duties: Management of teachers’ workloads and performances, scheduling extracurricular events, organizing substitutions, creating documents and time sheets, monitoring the efficacy of the curriculum, creating educational content to supplement the curriculum, liaising between Thai staff and foreign teachers, performance monitoring of students, budget management for supplies and events and enforcing management regulations and master of ceremonies for school events. Mid 2018 Secondary Position: Phonics Teacher for Sarasas Witaed Rom Klao School Duties: Lesson planning, classroom management, grading and checking, monitoring of students performance, making material aids and liaising between Thai, Homeroom and management staff. Private Language Tutor Ages: 3 – 28 (Language, Grammar, Business English and Phonics) Duties: Lesson planning, testing with twice weekly progress reporting to parents. Lesson outline and objectives meeting the requirements of the students’ school based curriculum.
