Hi! I’m Alex Rouhani, and I’m here to help you feel confident and successful in math and science.
With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a professional career as a chemical engineer, I bring both academic knowledge and real-world experience to every tutoring session. I specialize in High School and University level Chemistry and Physics. I also have extensive experience tutoring for SAT and High School Math (Algebra I, Algebra II, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and Calculus I and II.)
My journey as a tutor began over two years ago when I worked as a teacher’s assistant and professional tutor
for my University's physics and calculus courses. That experience sparked a deep passion for teaching—there’s something incredibly rewarding about helping students break through tough concepts and realize their potential. Whether it's building a strong foundation in algebra or preparing for the SAT, I focus on making complex ideas clear, approachable, and even enjoyable.
