Genuine and thorough help

This was my first time getting help from Shaantanu; he is a very generous, knowledgeable and kind person to help. I was very close to my assignment deadline, and he agreed to help on short notice. I felt he did not help me just for the sake of money; his intention was purely to help me first. He made a lot of effort to answer all my queries. In short, I had a great experience with him. I recommend him to those who are looking for genuine and thorough help. Thank you, Shaantanu; I sincerely appreciate your help.

Patient counselling

Shaantanu is patient with his counselling and will take the time to explain everything and clear all your doubts to the best of his ability. His newsletter is also very comprehensive and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend anyone who is planning to pursue a career in this (sport) field to get in touch with him. I have benefited greatly from his insights and advice in my research for my master's.

Last Wednesday was our first session and it went well. You really care and take your time to explain, encouraging me to try, providing different resources, answering and explain for every question that i asked you. I also appreciate for the note you provided me at the end of our session. Thank you

Insightful mentoring

I found Staffs professional mentoring program helpful to get insights in my study field and acting as a professional. During my mentoring process I discussed with Shaantanu some of the hurdles that the Sport Psychologist may experience. My mentors experience helped me to get insight of what to expect and how to deal with expectations of the client but also the employing organization. I benefited greatly of this mentorship in regarding to managing the clients expectations but also how to deal with clients that come from different cultural backgrounds.
