Experienced tutor in math

I had only had 4 sessions with Lola, half of which she was unprepared for and gave me conflicting information when working on practice problems. I gave her the benefit of the doubt at first but when i tried to reschedule the 5th session before a big test (on a date and time we had agreed to prior), the session date came and she never responded to my request. She just never contacted me again, extremely unprofessional.
