MY MARKETING BACKGROUND
I have 20 years experience working in marketing. This includes 2 years full-time as a College Instructor in Toronto, Canada teaching 9 Marketing, Sales and Business courses. I have 34 Digital Marketing Certifications from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, SEMrush, HubSpot, and Hootsuite. I have an Advertising Copywriting Post-Graduate Certificate from Humber College and have a BA from the University of Toronto.

Instructor and Supply Instructor in Tamwood’s Digital Marketing & International Business & Management programs. Each semester I taught 1-2 in-person courses. Each course lasted 4 weeks and involved 5 hours of class time per day 4 days a week. I taught the following courses: Digital Technology & Automation, Content Marketing, and Project Management.
ILAC International College
July 2022 - December 2023Instructor, Supply Instructor, & Curriculum Creator
Full Course Instructor and Supply Teacher in 3 of ILAC's Diploma programs: the Sales and Marketing Diploma program, the Service Excellence for Business Diploma program, and the Service Excellence with Business Communications Diploma program. Each semester I taught 3-4 courses mostly in-person and also online. Each course lasted 6-8 weeks and involved 6-10 hours of class time per week per course. I was responsible for creating and improving class slide presentation content, creating and grading all assignments, and advising students one on one and in groups.
Six full courses taught included Integrated Brand Promotion, Consumer Behaviour (Psychology), Digital Marketing, Canadian Workplace Essentials, Sales Fundamentals, and Professional Presentation Skills.
On-Site Supply Teacher role included teaching classes on-demand from a total of 20 courses: 10 courses from the Sales and Marketing Diploma program and 10 courses from the Service Excellence for Business Diploma program and the Service Excellence with Business Communications Diploma program.
I was also involved in Course Creation and Supply Teaching for the France Business University IDRAC's 1 year exchange program in partnership with ILAC. I created 2 IDRAC courses taught at ILAC: International Marketing and International Marketing Report.
