Community Health Services Navigation is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program that prepares students to help individuals navigate complex health and social service systems. The program focuses on healthcare, mental health and addictions, social services, developmental services, education, and the criminal justice system. Students develop skills in advocacy, communication, motivational interviewing, crisis response, care coordination, and connecting clients with the resources and supports they need across the lifespan.
