I hold a BA Honours in Film and Television Studies and have a Tutor Certificate from the University of Johannesburg (UJ). I have 2 years experience as an Academic Tutor at UJ, and 1 year teaching experience being a TEFL certified tutor. I am a native English language speaker, my voice and accent are very easy hear, listen to and understand. I am personally passionate about the empowerment of knowledge.
Most students I’ve taught, especially young ones, passionately enthusiastic & curious to ‘know’ and I have have mastered how to quickly match & adapt to their level & energy. My teaching style is conversational lessons, use of props and interactive games to encourage participation, patient, and very fun. I understand that students learn and adapt in various ways, so I prepare lessons in advance to best suit each student’s learning needs.
If you are seeking to improve your reading, grammar, spelling, writing, articulation and pronunciation skills in English language then book a session, I would be happy to help you. I also offer tutoring in Economics.
