Hello! I'm Angel.
I'm a passionate Math tutor currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mathematics at Memorial University of Newfoundland. My goal is to make these subjects as exciting and understandable for you as they are for me, all while helping you achieve the grades you're aiming for!

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Havana and have over two years of experience tutoring Math and Physics at various levels. I’ve also worked as a University Physics instructor, which has given me the skills to explain complex concepts in simple and relatable terms. At Memorial University, I specialize in helping students with Calculus (both Differential and Integral).
Whether it’s piecewise functions, limits at infinity, integration by parts, or tricky inverse trigonometric functions—I'm here to help. Whatever topic you're struggling with, I'm excited to guide you through it.

I hold a Physics degree from the University of Havana. During my undergraduate studies I took several courses with a strong mathematical content, such as Analysis, Tensor Algebra and Complex Analysis. I developed some research experience in Mathematical Physics, especially Quantum Mechanics, since my second year.

As a graduate student in the Mathematics and Statistics Department I perform several teaching duties, including tutoring students at the Math Help Centre, marking assignments and conducting classroom tutorial sessions.
Technological University of Havana
October 2020 - January 2023Professor (Trainee)
During these two years my main role was to give lectures in introductory physics courses at the University level, especially Mechanics and Electromagnetism. I was responsible for the preparation of the materials for the class as well as marking assigments and exams.
