Hello! Angel here!
I am a Math and Physics tutor and a Mathematics graduate student and I will help you be as passionate about these subjects as I am (making sure you get that grade you want on the way!). Ask any question you want, as many times as you want. I will always give you my best answer.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Havana. I have experience as a University Physics instructor and I have been tutoring Maths and Physics for more than two years. I am currently doing a Master's Degree in Mathematics at Memorial University of Newfoundland, where I help students with Calculus (Differential and Integral).
Are piecewise functions giving trouble? Or limits at infinity? Maybe you are not that comfortable integrating by parts, or maybe inverse trigonometric functions have given you more than enough headaches! And yes, we all had to solve definite integrals using the definition... Whatever it is you are stuck with, I want to help you.
Send me a message to book our first session.

Bachelor of Physics, Physics

I hold a Physics degree from the University of Havana. During my undergraduate studies I took several courses with a strong mathematical content, such as Analysis, Tensor Algebra and Complex Analysis. I developed some research experience in Mathematical Physics, especially Quantum Mechanics, since my second year.

Teaching Assistant

As a graduate student in the Mathematics and Statistics Department I perform several teaching duties, including tutoring students at the Math Help Centre, marking assignments and conducting classroom tutorial sessions.

Professor (Trainee)

During these two years my main role was to give lectures in introductory physics courses at the University level, especially Mechanics and Electromagnetism. I was responsible for the preparation of the materials for the class as well as marking assigments and exams.

Angel is kind, patient, and very thorough in his explanations! I will certainly seek out his help if I need any math/physics tutoring in the future.

By: Paige

Very patient and answers any questions asked by the student regarding the related topics in class.

By: John

He gave a very good explanation of the concepts and provided examples to help me understand better. I like how he started with simple examples to see if understood the basics and then moved on to more complicated examples.

By: Cloddia

I gave him a question ahead of time, as i struggle with only some concepts in uni first-year class. I was able to get a full understanding and grasp of the concept leaving my session!
Great at explaining foundation, and going over problem areas :)
