About

Hi! I'm Katie, and I'm currently master's student at Georgia Southern, getting a degree in experimental psychology. I recently graduated from Georgia State University with a 3.9 (unweighted) GPA. I received a B.S in Psychology and a minor in neuroscience. When I was at Georgia State, I was a an SI Leader, which is a type of undergrad TA for courses with a higher than average fail rate. I ran twice a week additional lecture sections for Biology students for two semesters. I also have experience as a tour guide at Science Gallery Atlanta, a combination science museum and art gallery. Our current exhibit is on Justice and economics, race, gender, sexual orientation, and other aspects of identity can impact justice in the U.S. I am open for high school and college level tutoring in Psychology, Biology, Civics, and U.S History.
