About

I am a second year student pursuing 'Physics Specialist' BSc degree in The University of Toronto with a CGPA of 3.52. I got offer letters from Imperial College London, University College London, The University of Toronto and The University of British Columbia among many others for a BSc Physics degree. Furthermore, I even received the ‘International Scholar Award’ worth CAD $100,000 from The University of Toronto and ‘International Major Entrance Scholarship’ worth CAD $100,000 from University of British Columbia. I also stood 11th in the country in the ‘National Physics Olympiad’ of Bangladesh and participated in multiple 'National Mathematics Olympiad'. I have a SAT subject test score of 800 in Mathematics Level 2 and 770 in Physics in just my first try. I am looking forward to working with Elementary and High school students from the Ontario Curriculum or the Cambridge Assessment International Education (O' levels and A' levels). I am capable of teaching physics, mathematics, chemistry, biology and economics to students up to Grade 10 and physics and mathematics to students in Grade 11 and 12 (all courses except data management). I can also prepare students for their SAT Mathematics test, SAT Subject Mathematics Level 2 test and Physics test. My mentality and thought-process of learning inspired me to teach. Being a student myself at one of the most intensive universities of the world, I know that good grades are not the only factor to success, neither do they entirely define an individual. Developing one's self esteem and enjoying what you study is equally important. Attributes like punctuality, discipline and the willingness to succeed all prove to be vital in laying the foundation of a bright career. I look forward to working with some enthusiastic and brilliant minds!

Tutor
Taught Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, English Language, Economics to Grade 9 and 10 students following the Cambridge O' Level and A' Level syllabus. 21 of my students received the 'Daily Star (the leading newspaper of Bangladesh) Award' for their outstanding results. This experience instilled in me valuable qualities like organization and punctuality, but most importantly, it taught me to never give up on something. Besides, it greatly enhanced my knowledge about mathematics and other subjects as I got to work with seasoned tutors from all over the country. The collaboration in turn developed in me a great team spirit.
