About

My name is Maddy Blazer and I am currently a PhD student in Applied Psychology with a focus on Industrial-Organizational (IO) Psychology. I also recently completed my MSc in IO Psychology at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax. I am well versed in psychological statistics, research methods and writing as I have multiple years of experience as a teaching assistant and lab lecturer in all of these areas. I can help you better understand how to run statistical analysis and write up essays and research proposals. My philosophy to teaching is to focus on making complex topics easy to understand by using relevant and simplified examples for students to understand. I am always seeking that aha moment in my students!
