About
I am a full-time Chemical engineering student at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg in South Africa. I am also a part-time freelance tutor and writer. I have tutored Physical Sciences to high school students and first year college students for the past 2 years and I have just recently gotten into tutoring English (with a specialty in literature, writing and conversational English). I got into the world of tutoring because I enjoy the process of unpacking complex concepts and simplifying them to such a level that everyone has access to them and can understand them. As a tutor, I strongly believe that our brains are wired differently and as such, they process information in different ways and so it only makes sense for each one of us to have a personalized and individualized learning experience that caters to our needs.
