About
Hi! I’m Muhammed, a computer science master’s graduate and former Teaching Assistant at Carleton University. I help high school and university students understand programming, work through challenging concepts, and build confidence in their coding skills.
As a Teaching Assistant, I supported approximately 40 students each week in C++, provided assignment feedback, and helped students during office hours. I also have industry experience at Ford, Ericsson, and Ciena, working in software development, automation testing, and security.
I can help you with:
• Python, C, C++, and JavaScript
• Programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming
• Data structures and algorithms
• Debugging, software testing, and understanding error messages
• Exam preparation and guided practice with coursework
My approach is patient, practical, and tailored to your current understanding. We’ll break problems into manageable steps, work through examples together, and give you opportunities to apply what you’ve learned. My goal is to help you understand how and why your code works so you can solve problems independently.
Whether you’re writing your first program or tackling a difficult university course, you’re welcome to message me with your topic and learning goals!
