I am a third year student at the University of Guelph pursuing an honours Bsc in Human Kinetics.

I worked here for a total of six months over two summers. • Engaged with each child on an individual basis to ensure they felt a sense of belonging and importance • Interacted with the children’s parents and reported the child’s activities to them at the end of each day • Served as a role model by displaying behaviors such as using proper manners to encourage the children to do the same

• Provided customers with an exceptional shopping experience by answering inquiries and making product recommendations • Conducted ear piercings after educating the customer and upselling the piercing package • Accurately processed sales and credits through a POS system • Restocked merchandise on the sales floor • Effectively worked as a team member to ensure store cleanliness and safety
