Hi! My name is Isa Arias, and I’m currently a senior at Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School in Washington, D.C. I come from a diverse multicultural background; I’m Dominican, Canadian, American, and Portuguese, which has shaped my appreciation for languages and global cultures. I am fluent in Spanish, French, and English. I scored a 5 on the AP Spanish Language and Culture Exam, demonstrating my strong proficiency in Spanish. My French fluency comes from both academic and immersive experiences: I lived in Lyon, France, where I attended a public international school for two years, and I also attended a private French high school in Montreal, Canada. I will be taking the AP French Language and Culture Exam in May 2027. I enjoy helping others build confidence in their language skills, whether they’re beginners or looking to refine their fluency. I tailor each lesson to each child's interests and learning style, making language learning engaging, personalized, and fun. Outside of academics, I love traveling and exploring new cultures, baking, and spending time with friends. I’m excited to help your child reach their language goals and make learning both fun and meaningful!
