I taught in public schools for 4 years and taught Adult Basic Education for 3, specializing in the GED test. For the past year I have been tutoring privately in ELA, Math, and LSAT test prep. I am willing to help you with STEM, though my expertise is English reading and writing. I'm experienced with age groups 6th grade up to adult, including incarcerated adult learners.
Some of the most common lessons I teach are writing lessons on how to 'show, not tell' and reading lessons to guide students through advanced texts such as Shakespeare.
I can provide online sessions anywhere in the world. But also, if you are looking for an in person session in the San Diego county area, I am your guy!
