I have been a teacher in the New York City Public schools for approximately 15 years. I have a Master's degree from Fordham University in Literacy instruction. I am a Reading Specialist and Reading Recovery teacher. I worked as a Literacy consultant at Teacher's College. I am Orton Gillingham trained and love working with kids of all ages. I have been a 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade classroom teacher. I also have had many years of experience with test prep. My students did well on tests and had the confidence to succeed because of my support and guidance.
