My name is Lia, and I have a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará. I have always been passionate about languages and cultures, and therefore, I studied Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, and Italian throughout my academic career.
I started teaching online in 2022 and have over three years of experience with online and in-person classes for different levels, ages, and nationalities. I have taught on various online platforms, in a regular in-person school, and in an in-person language school. Currently, I teach only remotely and individually, as this allows me to create more focused and personalized lessons for each student.
Teaching is my passion, and I strive to understand each student's needs and difficulties to prepare lessons that are meaningful and foster curiosity and enthusiasm for each subject taught. Allowing my students to discover and fall in love with the language they are studying is what brings me the most joy as a teacher. I want them to feel the same joy I feel when learning a new language.
