Make the beautiful equations and numerical patterns of mathematics, the forces and energy of physics, and the study of English ESL come alive with a tutoring session with me! I am an expert in math and physics, and I have also expanded into teaching English ESL classes. I have taught students from preschool through college, university, and adult levels. My mathematics and physics teaching experience includes teaching basic mathematics, pre-algebra, algebra 1, algebra 2, pre-calculus, trigonometry, geometry, Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Calculus 3, Differential Calculus, integral Calculus, Multivariable Calculus, Linear Algebra, Statistics, Finite Mathematics, Discrete Mathematics, Liberal Arts Mathematics, AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Physics, College Physics 1, College Physics 2, University Physics 1, and University Physics 2. I like to use practical examples and explain the steps in detail so that my students understand the concepts. I also like to have my students work problems for me and have them explain their work, so that they not only learn the subject vocabulary but also gain experience in explaining their work. My students can ask questions at any time during a session, and I also ask my students many questions so that I can see what they are thinking and observe the depth of their understanding. 33 Years of experience teaching and tutoring High School and University Math and Physics, and 6 years of experience teaching ESL. MA degrees in Math and Physics, candidate for MA in TESOL (Current Graduate Student).
