À propos

Hello, I’m Gamal. “Where did this equation come from?” “How do I apply it?” “Does this even make sense?” These are exactly the kinds of questions we work on. You may be able to follow a worked example, but then the question changes and suddenly you’re unsure where to start. When your qualification or university admission depends on mathematics, that uncertainty matters. Mathematics shouldn’t be a collection of formulas that you are expected to memorise and use without understanding. You should know where an equation comes from, what it means, why it works, and when to apply it. It should make sense. You’ll learn with an Associate Professor and PhD in Astrophysics, but these are not lecture-hall lessons. They are clear, practical conversations where confusion is welcome, questions are encouraged, and every step has a reason. I have extensive experience teaching mathematics at school and university levels. I teach IB, IGCSE, A-level, AP, and other advanced mathematics courses, as well as university mathematics for science and engineering students. We work directly with your course topics, class material, and past-paper questions. Step by step, you will learn to read problems carefully, choose an appropriate method, explain your reasoning, and write solutions that earn full marks. My approach is simple: understand first, then practise. We don’t just ask, “How do I solve this?” We also ask, “Why does this work?” “Why do I need this?” and “What does this actually tell me?” The real shift comes when a question that once felt impossible starts to become a plan The goal is to help you reach the point where you look at a difficult question and think: “I know how to start this.” And eventually: “Wait… this actually makes sense.” Tell me what you are working towards, and bring one question where you got stuck. Show me what you tried. We’ll look at where you lost your way and work out a usefulnext step together.

Supportive and helpful

Amazing teacher, allows the student to speak what they understand and from their he puts them on the correct path of understanding the subject. His teaching style is very communicative and gives and takes with the student which allows the student to be more confident in answering questions of the subject. He will not move onto the next lesson without making sure you as the student are understanding what you are doing. This is very important in my opinion because this allows the next lesson to build on correctly from what I am learning. After having lessons with him, he is very straight forward when you have questions. One of the best math teachers I have ever had and would definitely take his private classes again.
