Wonder
October 2018 - December 2024Research Analyst | Specialist | Research Manager | Customer Support
Over the past several years, I have held multiple roles at Wonder, contributing across various departments as a freelance research analyst, strategist, and support specialist. My journey began in 2018, conducting secondary research and writing over 500 reports for Fortune 500 companies and key clients. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for me to serve in several specialised research verticals—including energy, education, blockchain/crypto/NFT, marketing and advertising, software and technology, business and finance, and travel, hospitality, and entertainment. Each vertical required me to synthesise complex information, stay ahead of industry trends, and deliver clear, actionable insights tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In addition to my vertical research work, I was honoured to serve in leadership and quality roles such as Top Analyst, High Potential Analyst (HIPO), and Research Manager. These roles gave me the opportunity to shape the client experience by writing proposals, managing feedback loops, ensuring research quality, and handling complex or high-priority requests. I also supported internal operations through roles like Research Strategist and Client Chat Interpreter—translating client needs into scannable research briefs and guiding the scope of large, multi-phase projects. As a Research Reviewer, I ensured quality control and offered constructive feedback to fellow analysts to promote continued learning and excellence.
Beyond research, I also contributed to client-facing roles, including my time as a Customer Support Specialist, where I helped facilitate smooth project launches and maintained a warm, professional connection with clients. My experience at Wonder was rich and multifaceted—marked by growth, versatility, and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality work across multiple domains. It was a season of professional sharpening and collaborative impact that I will always be proud of.
