I’m a Biology educator with more than 10 years of teaching experience in the United States and international schools. I hold an M.S. in Biological Sciences from Clemson University, a B.S. in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University, and an A.S. in Respiratory Therapy.
My goal as a tutor is to help students actually understand biology rather than simply memorize information for the next test. I enjoy breaking difficult topics into manageable concepts, identifying where a student’s understanding is breaking down, and helping them develop the confidence to apply what they have learned to unfamiliar questions.
I work with both high school and college students and can provide ongoing course support, targeted help with difficult topics, and preparation for quizzes and exams.
