I welcome you to experience an engaging and interactive tutoring session with me. I will do my best to give you an active role in the session - small discussions here and there, "try it yourself" practice bouts and full-solution walkthroughs afterwards, as well as visual tools and illustrations to help you "see" the math or programming concept we are discussing.

I have been tutoring for 8 years through TutorOcean and in-person private tutoring. I've held over 500 sessions and helped many students in various fields, especially in Engineering and Science disciplines, achieve their academic goals. Students have often described sessions as easy to follow and well-explained.

Awesome tutor for university students!
Andy is the best tutor I have ever had! He helped me a lot with Calculus II, explaining key ideas thoroughly and in a well paced manner, adjusting the approach based on my major, and overall being on point with all of the explanations. He is flexible with his scheduling and goes above and beyond all expectations when making sure that the material we covered is now fully understood. As a specific example, after failing my first midterm, we went through both lectures and the test material for the second one which I passed successfully and with full understanding of the concepts. Overall, I can definitely recommend him as a tutor for anyone struggling in university or elsewhere.
