My tasks are outlined below. • Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions on subjects concerning energy conversion to ensure the effective transfer of knowledge to students. • Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and educational resources to align with the latest advancements in the field and meet accreditation standards. • Conduct authentic research in mechanical engineering and energy conversion, publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals, and securing research funding through grants and collaborations. • Provide academic and career guidance to students, including advising on course selection, research opportunities, and career pathways in mechanical engineering, specifically energy conversion. • Design and administer assessments such as exams, projects, and presentations to evaluate student understanding and progress in the subject matter. • Engage in continuous career enhancement activities, such as attending conferences, workshops, and seminars, to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field. • Participate in departmental and university committees, contributing to academic governance, and engaging in outreach activities to promote the department and field of study. • Collaborate with colleagues within the university and with external partners, including industry professionals and other academic institutions, to enhance research and educational initiatives in the field.
