I served as the departmental tutorial coordinator for a full year during my undergraduate studies where I worked with students of different abilities mainly on mathematics related courses, increasing their knowledge and confidence in these courses. I patiently work my students through difficult mathematical concepts, using everyday activities to explain these concepts, helping him/her to have a deeper understanding of the subject matter and increasing his/her overall confidence in the subject.
