About

I am a registered ESL teacher with over 4 years of experience. I am certified and have graduated with my 80-hour TEOL, 120-hour TEFL/TESOL as well as my 60-hour TEYL certificate. I have experience teaching all ages from K-12, college students, and business professionals. I am qualified and have extensive knowledge of the following ESL topics: K-12. IELTS prep. A2 KEY/KET prep. Business English. Conversational English (Free talk.) Personalized lesson planning. Homework grading. Foundation level - C1. My teaching philosophy: -Always teach with kindness, passion, and love. -Create a safe space where students can express themselves without fearing failure. -Reward each small victory with words of affirmation and praise. -Motivate, and listen when a student talks to you, don't just respond with an answer. -Think before you speak and speak with knowledge and kindness. The reason why I chose to teach English is because of the tremendous opportunities this language has in making sure Non-Native speakers get to go to the best schools, work in foreign countries and qualify for their dream jobs!
