I hold an MEng degree in Mechanical and a BSc in Aerospace engineering. I have tutored many math and engineering students both before and during the university and they achieved the best marks and results. My fields of expertise are fundamental courses of engineering such as math, physics and chemistry as well as the professional courses in areas of fluid and solid mechanics, materials, biomechanics, CAD, FE analysis and CFD. I am a member of OSPE (Ontario Society of Professional Engineers) and registered as EIT (Engineer-in-Training) with PEO. Mechanical Design Engineer
• Designed and simulated thermal insulators with different materials for residential copper and PVC utility pipes by using SolidWorks to cut down on wasted thermal energy (heat loss) by 70 to 80% and mitigate risk of pipe breakage due to freezing temperatures • Determined output parameters, i.e. insulator material and thickness, based on input parameters, i.e. pipe material, diameter, flow and ambient temperature, in MS Excel • Created preliminary finite element model of utility pipes with SolidWorks simulation to monitor the stress and strain distribution and to identify areas of high failure risk, including pipe-valve interaction
