I'm Khalil, an engineer and computer science graduate with a Master's degree and an outstanding GPA of 3.98. With a remarkable career spanning 17 years, I've had the privilege of working for industry-leading companies, leaving a significant mark on the world of software engineering. But my journey extends beyond professional accomplishments. Education and mentoring have always been my passion. As a Teaching Assistant, I've had the pleasure of imparting programming and computer science fundamentals to enthusiastic undergraduates. Additionally, I specialize in Singapore Math and physics, guiding high school and college students to conquer challenging concepts and excel in their studies. Currently, my primary focus revolves around empowering software engineers to reach new heights in their careers. Through my instruction, I delve into advanced topics like algorithm design, data structures, and other crucial areas, preparing engineers to conquer interviews and secure higher-level positions. I also dedicate myself to teaching Singapore Math to elementary-level kids, laying a strong foundation for problem-solving skills using models. By nurturing their mathematical abilities from a young age, I aim to instill confidence and foster a lifelong love for learning. When it comes to teaching, I firmly believe in merging theory with practical experience. Leveraging my extensive industry background, I ensure that the knowledge I impart is not only relevant but also applicable to real-world scenarios. Witnessing my students grow and succeed brings immeasurable satisfaction, igniting my drive to become a highly sought-after mentor. With a solid foundation in software engineering and a keen eye for teaching and mentoring, I'm committed to making a lasting impact in the field. My ultimate goal is to equip the next generation of engineers with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in their careers, contributing to their professional growth and success.
