Pro Chemistry, Biology, and MCAT Tutor with 3 Years of Experience (Admitted MD Student)

Tutor Information

Hello! I am Jackson Breeding, a senior Biology major with a minor in Math and an accepted MD student. Throughout my undergraduate career, I have witnessed many students struggle with the rigorous curriculum and pace that pre-med coursework entails. This is what inspired me to begin tutoring my underclassman in chemistry and biology. I quickly realized the best method to help others learn is to help breakdown practice problems. Often a student will have the knowledge but will struggle with applying theory to practice. By explaining any of the tougher topics and helping students develop the analytical skills necessary to answer the hardest of exam questions, I have helped dozens of students succeed. After two years of both in-person and online tutoring experience as well as scoring a 96th percentile on MCAT, I have began helping others prepare for the most daunting task every pre-med faces. The MCAT covers a wide breadth of content, and I can ensure aspiring test-takers will focus on high yield material. Additionally, the MCAT is mostly passaged based questions that require strategy unique to most exams a STEM student will take in their undergraduate education. By working through example passages together, we will refine the process of identifying key information, eliminating obvious wrong answers, and making the tough call between two close choices. If you're interested in how my skills can help you, feel free to message me to set up a 15 minute, free consultation.
