As a Mechanical Engineering Masters graduate from the University of Alberta, I bring extensive experience in academic leadership. During my time as a graduate student, I successfully led tutorials for undergraduate students, demonstrating my ability to communicate complex engineering concepts effectively. Summary: Led the preparation of feasibility studies and design calculations for a cooling tower test facility, adhering to ASHRAE standards. Facilitated the safe launch of the facility and collaborated with university maintenance for installation. Developed standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintenance plans. Created a numerical model to forecast fluid flow, utilizing Navier-Stokes equations, and constructed CAD domains for efficient modeling. Proficient in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and contributed to OpenFCST software, validating simulations with Ansys.
