Hi, I’m Isaac! I’m a Computer Science student at Toronto Metropolitan University, certified by NVIDIA in generative AI and CompTIA Security+. I love a good challenge. Give me a complex topic or a problem that won’t budge and I’ll dig in until it finally makes sense. I tend to hyper-fixate on hard things until they finally click, and I’d love to help you get there too. I’ve been tutoring since 2022. I’ve supported university students, including graduate-level work in ethical hacking, as well as students in elementary school, so I know how to adapt to different levels, learning styles and paces. I’m bilingual in English and French and happy to explain concepts in either language. What I can help with: Programming and CS: Python, Java and C/C++, especially OOP, data structures and algorithms Cybersecurity: Security+ exam prep, networking, Linux and hands-on practice Generative AI and LLMs: how large language models work, transformer architecture and building simple AI projects in Python French: reading, speaking and writing support How I teach: We start with you. I want to know your goals and what frustrates you, so you feel comfortable asking anything, and I can ground my explanations in examples that make sense to you. Then it’s concepts first, syntax and patterns second, so you understand how things work instead of memorizing them. I ask guiding questions rather than handing over answers, and I teach you how to find information quickly, a skill you’ll use long after the course ends. I know what it’s like to feel lost in a class or stare at code that won’t work. You’ll get patience and good questions, never judgment. Whether you need to understand your course, finish a tough assignment, prepare for an exam, or build something fun, I’m happy to help. Looking forward to meeting you! Isaac
