I hold an Honours B.Sc. in Physics from the University of British Columbia and have experience as a university Physics Laboratory Instructor and Math & Science Tutor. I specialize in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, and Statistics, helping students develop the understanding and problem-solving skills needed to succeed in challenging STEM courses. How I teach My approach is problem-driven. We begin with carefully selected examples, identify the underlying concepts, and develop a clear, repeatable method for solving similar problems. You learn not only how to reach an answer, but how to recognize which method to use and why it works. Tutorials may include visualizations, worked examples, step-by-step problem-solving strategies, reinforcement questions, and quizzes with individualized feedback. I use your course syllabus and learning goals to identify priorities and build a structured Plan of Action. My goal is to help you become a more confident, independent problem solver while making difficult concepts easier to understand and apply.
