Experience I am a TEFL-certified English teacher dedicated to helping students of all ages achieve their learning goals. As a native English speaker, I am currently teaching English online to Ukrainian students, focusing on improving their fluency and conversational skills through engaging lessons. I am also fluent in Afrikaans and have a basic understanding of Portuguese, which enhances my ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. I graduated from The TEFL Academy in August 2025, where I completed my Level 5 TEFL Certificate, a Business English Certificate, and a certificate for Teaching English to Young Learners. My training included highly-reviewed demo lessons and 10 hours of hands-on teaching practice with 21 adults in Cape Town. I am skilled at adapting my lessons to suit diverse learning styles and proficiency levels and am comfortable using various virtual classrooms, communication platforms, and learning management systems (LMS). I am passionate about making a difference in my students' lives while gaining valuable experience and insights into different cultures.
