I spent three years as a graduate student studying Physics at Vanderbilt University. I then taught high school Math and Physics for six years in Louisville, KY. Currently, I am a full-time online tutor. As a teacher, I found that each student learned the material in their own way; there are as many different learning styles as there are students. I work hard to find the right approach for each student. Many of my students have told me that it is my patience and willingness to listen to them that distinguishes me from other tutors they have worked with. Since I am a full-time tutor, I am available throughout the school year and I will always be able to make time for my students. Mostly I tutor AP Physics 1, AP Physics C: Mechanics, AP Physics C: Electricity & Magnetism, High School Physics, Honors Physics, Calculus-based Introductory College Physics, and Algebra / trig –based Introductory College Physics. I also sometimes work with students in AP Physics 2, Honors Physics, Homeschool Physics, and so forth. I taught high school physics for 6 years.
