Veteran Educator Who Loves Tutoring

I have enjoyed educating students for more than two decades. I have been licensed to teach math and English in public schools at the middle- and high-school levels and was a high school math teacher for seventeen years in Massachusetts. I have taught small group math, algebra 1, algebra 2, geometry, precalculus, and calculus. I've taught English, too, and I can often help students with other subjects, as well. I've always found tutoring and extra help to be a favorite part of working as an educator. In fact, I became a teacher after tutoring for several years and loving it. Almost all of my many tutoring students were referred to me by satisfied parents. I listen carefully to my students so I can teach them where they are; it's the best way to start them on their way to where they need to go.

Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris

Professional Singer Specialising in Music and French

Hello there! I have been studying "Chant Lyrique" or vocal performance in France for three years at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP). At this school I have been able to refine my musical skills and interpretation and bring them all to the next level. My academic experience, combined with my immersion in French culture, has allowed me to gain a high level in the French language and also in music theory. I have also completed advanced coursework in these areas, making me well-qualified to tutor students in both subjects. Over the past few years, I have tutored students of varying ages, but mostly older high school aged students and adults, in both French and music theory. My approach is tailored to each student’s individual learning style and needs, focusing on interactive methods and real-world application, whether in conversational French or musical concepts.

Mechanical Engineering Student, University of Alberta. Passionate about tutoring students through Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics

Hi! I am 2nd year Mechanical Engineering (Co-op) student at the University of Alberta, Canada. I have experience in tutoring students of grade 8 till 12 in courses like mathematics (all categories), chemistry, physics, and economics. I also had a consistently high GPA throughout high school and the 1st year of University. Having finished my high school classes online, I completely understand how frustrating and tedious such teaching methods can get. Hence, I thrive to make online teaching experience as appealing as possible. Since I am also very young, I connect easily with students of middle school and high school. I have also been told that my teaching styles make the learning experience incredibly easy to understand. ***NOTES*** >You can try a free session and get a grasp of my teaching style. > Packages can be booked at a cheaper rate and is negotiable. > Will provide help to assignments.
