Wilfrid Laurier University

Currently a student at Wilfrid Laurier University studying Global Studies with Social Entrepreneurship

I am currently a student at the Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo campus. I am studying Global Studies with a Social Entrepreneurship option and I am now entering my 4th year of studies. Global studies offers a range of subject in regards to theory, philosophy, politics, religion, anthropology, global economy, international development, globalization and culture, and peace and conflict studies. While social entrepreneurship offers courses in building social ventures, sustainability, and community engagement. Both these programs require their students to conduct extensive research for every assignment that is given and expects students to write coherent, gramtically-correct, and well-researched papers. By using everything I have learned thus far, I will try my best to teach students in subject matters that I have learned over the course of 3 years.

Looking for Help? Friendly Science Lover, with an Artistic Background!

I've been through all STEM courses in high school bar biology, and I love to teach kids! I graduated from an arts high school, so I am also able to teach music! I have plenty of experience with kids from grade 1-12, teaching swimming and boating at summer camps, but I'm new to the tutoring game. I'm great with kids that need a little encouragement, and I'm very patient. If you'd Like, I can give you a taste of what you're getting with a 30 minute session, on me.

Teaching in Mathematics

I have three years of experience in teaching Maths to high school students in India. I am an academically bright student and had done my undergraduate from India. Currently, I am enrolled in Big data Analytics from Trent Unversity. Normally students are a real bit intimidated by Maths as it looks more abstract to them. My approach is to teach it in a more fun and practical way so that students can grasp it better.

INACTIVE No students!

INACTIVE I am not taking any students right now. Thank you. Hello, I am an experienced ESL teacher. I have taught a wide range of subjects from business English to everyday conversation. I have taught levels A1 to C1. I like to customize my lessons to your goals and interests whenever possible. A typical lesson with me, after we discuss your goals and how I can help you, starts with a discussion, followed by reading out loud, and some questions about the reading. We may then work on grammar, pronunciation, or other aspects that you wish to work on. I could give you homework if you want, otherwise all work will be completed during our session.
