Enthusiastic, friendly and patient tutor.

I am an enthusiastic infectious disease researcher, concerned by the disparity in health care across the globe. I believe everyone has the right to access better diagnostics and treatments for the improvement of global health. I am currently a PhD researcher at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine with the goal to improve diagnostics for Visceral Leishmaniasis. My research question is centred on evaluation and improvement of diagnostics for Visceral Leishmaniasis in an elimination setting. My previous experience as a researcher at The University of Oxford and Masters degree (merit) from Imperial College London have fuelled my passion for health research. Whilst studying for a Masters in Immunology, I undertook a 7 month research project titled ‘a proteomics approach in the analysis of a BCG induced trained phenotype of monocytes’, with the TB research group, National Heart and Lung Institute, St Mary's Hospital, Imperial College London. The project required me to use novel research methods to understand mechanisms by which BCG vaccination provides protection against unrelated infection such as respiratory syncytial virus and pneumonia as well as target disease Tuberculosis, for which it is shown to have varying efficacy. Aside from my research focus, growing up in the Lake District means I love all things outdoors. I’m currently training for my Mountain Leader award.

Proteomics and genomics, 3. cell biology, 4. Plant biotechnology, 5. Molecular biology 6. Bioinformatics 7. PERL language 8. Computational Biology 9. Biomolecular techniques students are also encouraged to do more ans more practical work and assignments so their practical hand and mind opens up towards the new scientific era. All protocoals are being taught by me in details. My professional results are always above 97% with no compartments of the students. rest decline in result is due to absentees in examination. In my part time, I also take English speaking classes on Saturdays and Sundays(one hour online class).I take most weak students in my batch who indeed want to learn speaking skills. Loyola University Chicago - Stritch School of Medicine

U.S. M.D. Graduate - Experienced STEM Tutor & Health Science Mentor

I'm Ryan, a passionate mentor and teacher with a deep commitment to helping students of all ages and academic levels succeed. Originally from LA, I completed my B.S. in Psychology-Biology at UCSD, where I cultivated a strong interest in neuroscience and built a robust foundation in the biological and chemical sciences alongside cognitive psychology. I most recently completed medical school at Loyola Stritch, where I gained advanced education in biomedicine through coursework and clinical training in pharmacology, physiology, and pathology. Currently, I’m in the process of applying for Neurology residency programs. For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of teaching students ranging from K-12 to adult learners in core STEM subjects, including biology, chemistry, and mathematics—covering Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, and Physics—at AP high school and college levels. These experiences have honed my ability to adapt to each student’s unique needs. My medical training further allows me to offer specialized guidance in medical sciences such as Physiology, Anatomy, Microbiology, Pharmacology, and Immunology. I’ve successfully supported students in graduate-level programs like nursing, pharmacy, and PA students. My teaching approach focuses not only on mastering content but also on fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills that students can carry into future academic and professional endeavors. Whether you need help with foundational concepts, preparing for exams, or tackling advanced topics, I’m dedicated to providing personalized, effective support to help you achieve your goals.
