I've been tutoring Maths, Science and English for over 10 Years.

I tutor the three main subjects that people seem to want tutoring in; Math, Science and English. (Actually, it's five subjects if you break the Science down into Biology, Chemistry and Physics.) This means that I can potentially cover a different subject each week, or I can do two hours a week and cover a different subject in each hour. Therefore you don't have to find a separate tutor for each subject or leave your child without the valuable one-to-one support in any of the core subjects. Hello! My name is Shanelle and I teach economics and algebra primarily to middle school, high school, and college students, but I can teach anyone at any age. I have a passion for teaching and I’m excited to help you work through any economic or algebra problems you encounter! I have multiple degrees in economics including a B.A. in Economics from University of Chicago, M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, Doctorate of Economic Development from New Mexico State University, and a PhD in Water Science & Management with a focus in Water Economics from New Mexico State University. I am a polymath and I have a variety of interests beyond economics and mathematics. I am a musician and I sing, play guitar, and play piano. I also play tennis and enjoy hiking.
