Statistics or epidemiology tutor. Suffering from statistics anxiety? I can help. Experienced professor and tutor. Plain-English communicator. Empathy for statistics-induced anxiety.

Statistical anxiety? It isn’t that hard! Patient, clear tutoring that builds confidence. I can help by focussing on building a solid understanding of a few essential concepts instead of emphasizing calculations. Empathetic tutoring in statistics and epidemiology from a former professor with extensive teaching and tutoring experience. Statistical anxiety fades as rather than memorizing formulas, students learn how to interpret results properly and explain what their calculations mean. For anyone who feels anxious, overwhelmed, or “not a math person.” I have had particular success tutoring mature students.

Subjects: AP Statistics, Analytical Epidemiology, Biostatistics I, Biostatistics II, Critical Thinking, Epidemiology, Research Methods, Statistics, research papers
