Hi :) I'm Gloria and I'm a certified ESL Teacher with over 2 years experience teaching English to children, teenagers as well as adults. I am a very fun and comfortable person to be around. I read a lot and love to absorb knowledge, so I am able to speak about almost any topic. I also love to workout, and spend as much time as I can outdoors. Now let's face it! Learning a language can be a very daunting and challenging experience. But I always encourage my students to let loose and have some fun while learning. My teaching style is for my students to feel comfortable and to want to push themselves to improve. I would cover topics such as travel, books, food or anything that the student would like to talk about! I'm also a good listener, so I would like to know about your interests too. :) I am patient with my students, especially having taught children in the past. I understand the importance of using Total Physical Response (TPR). I also use flashcards, books and pictures for visuals. Oh, I have tons of educational interactive games to play with kids too!
