I have a passion for learning that I have applied throughout my life and academic career. In high school I gravitated towards English, History, Social Studies, and Debate. I took eight Advanced Placement Tests, including one I self-studied for, and achieved fours and fives on all of them. I am ready to help students learn the material for these high-level classes and share strategies that will help them succeed on their end of year exams. At the university level, I majored in Global Politics as part of the Global Studies program at Carleton University. There, I studied not only subjects like politics, government, and statistics, but took courses in a wide variety of areas from Ethnography and Anthropology to Global Literature.
