I am Swetha Raman. I am currently a junior pursuing computer engineering at NJIT. Myself being a college student I realize how important it is to have a good teacher. In college, the classes I appreciate the most are not just the subjects I am interested in but it also majorly depends on how enjoyable the professors make the classes. I will try my best to employ those strategies for my teaching. I truly love math. As long as I remember I have always loved math, found it fascinating, interesting and highly rewarding. I like sharing my passion for math with my ambitious students as much as I like math. I started teaching math to other students since I was in middle school. Throughout my academic career, I have always allowed a specific amount of time to help kids understand various concepts of math. I have more than 2 years of tutoring experience. I have taught elementary, middle as well as high school math. I tutored Prealgebra, Algebra 1 &2, Precalculus, calculus, and various other math subjects. I tutored not only in math but also in Computer Science. I want the students that work with me to benefit as much as possible.
