I strongly believe that students learn best when they are relaxed and enjoying themselves, so I strive to make my classroom a positive environment where you won’t be afraid to make educated guesses or get the answer wrong. In general, we will begin each topic by discussing the themes and ideas behind it, before going over some related questions together. Once you’re feeling more confident, I’ll then set you some work to try on your own. I try to cover most of the necessary work in class, but I can also provide extra work to be done in your own time, if required. I am very aware that everyone learns differently and understands concepts in their own way, so I adapt my techniques to fit each individual. What I can guarantee is that in each lesson we will work together to address and understand concepts in a way that makes sense to you.
