Hi there! As a college junior studying Public Relations and Anthropology, I am a student myself, so I know the importance of understanding coursework to do well. For fun, I sing as a tenor in my college choir, play piano, and swim with the club swim team. I currently both volunteer as a tutor for k-12, as well hold a part-time job tutoring k-5. I also grade essays for k-12 schools across the country with a specialization in AP History courses. I believe in student-focused progress. What this means, in practice, is having fun while learning. I genuinely enjoy teaching, and I instill both energy and excitement into lessons. I meet students where they are at, no matter their level, and we go from there. There are no stupid questions, and I in fact encourage students sharing any questions that may pop into their brains, as it encourages passion in education and learning in us all.
